Reinforcements are generic units that can assist you in battles within the labyrinth.
Reinforcements are aquired by interacring with a Village event and paying 75 G to recruit a randomly selected unit.
These units are intended to function similarly to how Green units typically function; tank a hit or two, distract the enemy AI, and just generally get in the way.
If playing on Normal Mode, recruited reinforcements are not directly controllable.
If playing on Hard Mode, recruited reinforcements are controlled by the player.



You can have up to a total of 9 recruited reinforcements in your party at one time.

If you are able to recruit reinforcements 10 times in a single run, any additional recruited reinforcements will start in their corresponding promoted class.

Whenever you trigger an event that involves battling (Enemy, Mini Boss, Boss, Final Boss), you'll be given the option to deploy one recruited reinforcement from your party to the battlefield.

If you do not have any recruited reinforcements, you will not be given the option to deploy one.





If you decline to deploy any additional reinforcements, you will not be asked again until the next battle.





On Normal Mode, if that unit were to fall in combat, you'll be given the option to deploy another recruited reinforcement from your party to the battlefield.
